Wondering why glamping is so much more expensive that a reasonable b&b or hotel.

Why do people who take on a wreck of a hotel or restaurant only give themselves two weeks before the first booking arrives? Why not wait until it is finished?

straight bananas looked like " ??
My second random thought was, " Why did they straighten them" ??
My third random thought was, " Did they convert all the banana trees"
