Had the referendum been legally binding rather than consultative, the Electoral Commission would have declared the small majority verdict for Brexit as null and void due to the lies and illegalities committed by Brexit campaigners.

No we didn’t it was a simple single stage advisory only binary question which is why we have ha 3 years of deadlock

A confirmatory referendum would give you the chance to get the Brexit you want

Why are you scared of a confirmatory referendum given that it would certainly break the deadlock whereas a GE may not

Could it be that you think the country no longer wants Brexit?

Hi

It is not a given that the Tories will win an election.

The Leave vote could be split in some places with people voting for the Brexit Party.

There is also a reason why December Elections are decidedly rare, and that is the Weather.

I do not see the need for a rush, Parliament has approved the deal, let's get it passed and get out and then have an Election.

Parliament has only approved the second reading. It has yet to pass scrutiny and the Lords

The EU is obliged by article 50 to offer a deal. It doesn't mean it must be a deal attractive to the leaving member. Ever considered the option that the EU wants you to leave without a deal?
As prognoses stand, without a deal you will not pose a competitor of any significance. In a deal the EU has to include arrangements that prevent the UK from becoming an economic competitor.
Some stupid EU official let that drop last week. I hope none of the UK negotiators picked up on that revelation.

Hi

That is just Boris being stupid.

It is a 100 pages long, with any Bill of that length there are bound to be some technical amendments.

One such would be replacing Acts with Legislation or Acts and Statutory Instruments.
