Sheila's trawling the shops with her pal today so I'm preparing lunch - pasta bake with lardons, peas, carrots, mushrooms and a cheese and bacon sauce (from a jar). I've made it before and it's delicious. While I'm at it I'll also make a butternut squash soup for tea time.

Check up at the dentist followed by a quick scale & polish by the hygenist. Too cold for a walk along the beach afterwards.

Good morning all.

Best of luck with your conservatory Plantman, here it is very heavy rain and strong winds, forecast is for 40mph later.

Last night was evil, for about 19 minutes we had horrendous winds, wheelie bins blown over, my clematis trellis is off the wall by the front window and looking out I can see a couple of fence panels gone down the road.
