Finding green vegetables to accompany the inevitable meat dish in an Italian restaurant requires dogged persistence.
Broccoli, cabbage and spinach exist in much the same way as builders' receipts. They are purely theoretical constructs, requests for which elicit puzzlement"

What about steak pie with baby spinach leaves, olive oil, parmesan and anchovies added?

Note: anchovies really boosts the steak flavour, and is a major ingredient of Worcestershire Sauce.
