[QUOTE=Bratti;1804858]Do you have it?

"Nope"..

What do you mean by..."is it important to you"?

I certainly don't lose any sleep over losing my patience .

Re: Patience!

I use it every day of my life
With pupils with "issues" who need it

But three warnings is the rule
And then they're out

I'm fair and transparent in my expectations and in my implementation of the school rules

Mostly I want to say..
"**** off bully/pratt"

But I have the patience to rise above...

Perhaps that's because we don't know if we'll still be here tomorrow, Art.

Re: Patience!

I don't know how we measure patience in ourselves.

All I know is, I am more patience than a lot of people, but probably less than others.

I have a lot of patience with animals, perhaps because they don't tell lies, don't promise to do things and then don't, they are loyal, funny, and good company.

This is me exactly so thanks for writing it. You saved me time.
Not that I’m THAT impatient though.

Being a teacher you’d need a certain amount of patience for sure or some kids will gobble you up and spit you out.

I meant how important is patience to you?
For myself I find it important in almost every aspect of life.
Impatient drivers tailgate, impatient shoppers get snappy etc....
I’m not losing sleep over it either.

Re: Patience!

I have less nowadays which is a shame. I do wonder why we oldies have less patience as we gain years .
