There is plenty of room for her but even the British taxpayer might get a bit antsy if their money was going to supply a house for some Americans mother

The Queen is not exactly renown for her love of children.
So one baby less wont make much difference.
Loved up touchy adults can be a bit of a pain too.

AIUI Prince Philip now lives in Sandringham Norfolk.
Money staff and comfort being no object I am sure Megan can nip over to see her mother any time she wants .
