We were always encouraged to take our babies out in a pram rather than a car .... much more healthier...

Finding an old type discarded perambulator on the estate I grew up on, was like discovering gold. The axles and small and large wheel conbination formed the basis for the best Go-Karts in the world.

I remember go carting wearing just a bikini when I was a about 15. The go cart track was right next to the beach. I fell off OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Paul, hubby has fond memories of making those carts

His uncle gave him an old side car from his motorbike.
And with the wheels and suspension from an old pram they had a super duper cart that they could sit in.

They were pulled over by the police

The two coppers just wanted to admire it
