Mags, I am sure you are breathing a sigh of relief. Wonderful news!

We pored over old photos with my mother who retold our family's history and sipped hot cocoa and chai.

My new surfboard was delivered!

Re: What nice thing happened to you today?

Had a lovely surprise on Friday - man from Amazon arrived with a parcel. I hadn't ordered anything so was very puzzled - especially as the parcel 'slushed' when moved. Opened it to find a bottle of Jameson's Irish Whiskey!
A gift from my friend in Goring on Thames, to cheer me up after the Silver Nitrate treatment.

Thank you!

I love looking at old photos, and I hope you get nice weather for surfing in!

Hi

The Pretendies came yesterday for a few hours.

Nadi was planting seeds and tomato plants, Kacob, the autistic one, made a start on the shed, he likes everything neat and tidy.

Great fun.

I like "those" sort of surprises. I hope you have a glass or two later, to help along your healing

My husband and I went for a lovely walk together which we usually do on weekends and it was lovely. I’m a very lucky woman.

Hi

Nadia and Jacob are my pretend grandchildren.

Both still at Junior School and they call me Grandad.
