Sleeping with windows open?

This came up on Catsey. Do you sleep with the bedroom windows open despite the weather?

Re: Sleeping with windows open?

I have a window open all year round ..... even in the coldest of nights. I feel I must have some fresh air in the room throughout the night....

Me too I can't sleep if the window is closed.
My bed is positioned so I can see across the fields and feel the breeze on my face

Not I. As soon as it starts getting chilly down comes the window; cannot abide a cold room. And it's just heating up all outdoors.

What a stunning view you have there, Meg ..... I do envy you!

Would that be the Chiltern Hills in the background?
