Thanks for the link, Eileen. I'm glad it's not a game bird and is more like a domestic chicken. I've never seen them for sale in this neck of the woods though.

That very much depends on one's appetite Eileen darlin'. Whilst travelling across Siberia in the trans-Siberian Express, for dinner one night we were served whole Sturgeons (each!!!). The Head and tail overlapped the plate on either side.
