Re: Bbc
I totally agree. There is an assumption that the entire world is agog and glued to the screen when there is any major sporting event taking place. Yes, it does attract a huge audience, but surely if that audience is that keen to watch all the coverage of the Olympics/Wimbledon/European Cup, they would have no trouble finding it on BBC2, 3 or 4. Why completely wipe the usual BBC1 schedule and annoy those of us who have no more than a passing interest?Re: Bbc
I was thinking the same this morning. The morning news programme is now the Olympics followed by a programme mainly about the Olympics. As Spitfire says, why not have a dedicated channel, it would please everyone, those who like sport and those who hate it. They could stick the Balding woman on there for the whole day and rid us of her moosh on BBC1 & 2.Re: Bbc

Someone was complaining on the radio about the huge cut in hours dedicated to the Olympics on TV this year .Thread Tools | |
