Re: Puddings?

I have, for afters, a fruit in Jelly & either a Magnum or a cone, depends what I feel like. Not both every day though, probably every other day. I like Tesco own make of cones & I have in the freezer, strawberry, mint & caramel. Magnums at present are mint & classic. I like the toffee ones, but those weren't on offer last week.
Fruit in jelly is some times Tescos own, but I also have them in the Dole make. I have mandarin, mixed fruit & peach.

Re: Puddings?

I really like fresh fruit and yoghurt. Most evenings I have blueberries in a bowl of yoghurt. Not exciting but I love it. If I'm out somewhere posh I love those melting middle chocolate sponges. Oh yum.

Re: Puddings?

Pesta , I make with full cream milk I dont get a skin on the top I dont think i leave it in the oven long enough but it is creamy and lush and very fattening, hence i dont make it often cause I'd eat the whole casserole dish full .

Mmm i fancy some now 🙂

Macywack.
Do you have bread and butter pudding with croissants. If not, try it. We love it with maple syrup drizzled over.

Re: Puddings?

By the time I've had the first two courses I find I need something light and sharp as a pudding - current favourite being Lemon and Lime Sorbet, or a Sicilian Posset.
