a touch of...............?

No not Frost - his colleague Sciatica - only getting twinges at the moment which will ease with exercise - tried a few known potions - aspirin; panadol etc anyone tried any better ones?

The best thing my hubby say's is to roll a ball on your buttock up and down on a wall bending your knees as you go. And the other thing is to take Ibuprofen if you can that should ease the pain.

I take cocodomol for back pain and have also used it for sciatica ....

It's available over the counter now used to be prescription only.

Julie, I believe it's only the 8mg/500mg strength cocodomol tablets that can be bought over the counter - I need the 30mg/500mg strength tablets and require a doctor's prescription for those.

Me too but anyone self diagnosing a back problem shouldn't really be using anything too strong as pain can be a symptom of other things and should really be seen by a doctor.
