Ladies - do you remember .... ?

Tiny lipsticks in a plastic tube that were green colour? When you put them on your lips they turned pink? The lipsticks that is, not the tube, ha ha. I guess they were intended as a novelty that never took off.

I remember them, also recall the lipsticks that had lovely flavours
I can well remember too when hair remover mitts came about, 2 bits of fine sandpaper really that you slid your hand through to then rub over your legs, worked well but my friend went mad and did her arms too, she was only 18 and was very fair skinned

Yes, I remember them. I bought them in Woolworths. Funny thing is all of them made my lips the same pinky purple colour. They were supposed to work in reaction to some chemical the skin gave off.

Oh yes, remember going into Woolworths and getting one there.

You can still buy sandpaper mitts. Superdrug sell them and they work well.

Can't say I remember them either,I suppose it depends which era We're talking about?....I do remember tiny lipsticks in plastic tubes,but none of them turned green :~)
