But, we’re equipped. I have Airconditioning.
Not equipped for the cold though.

I just topped up my water bottle to keep me warm

This made me laugh - if this happened in the UK the country would doubtless grind to a halt. I think the highest we have had is 36-37

Anything above 25 in the UK is classed as a heatwave.
How cold does it get in the night ?
I use a hwb in the autumn,winter

It's unusual for homes here to have air con. I have always insisted on an air con car - feel sorry for the poor souls who have their windows open whilst driving like zombies. But then it wasn't long ago we needed the heating on.

Between 5 and -1 degrees Celsius. Last night must have been about 6 or 7. Bitterly cold but my hot water bottle (hwb)and I are best buds. I can’t sleep if my feet are cold and I hate wearing socks in bed - Hbw to the rescue

Wow thats cold.Last night it didn't get below 20.
Why don't you try a electric blanket in the winter months. ?
