Silent Witness

Has anyone started to watch this new series on BBC? I have loved watching this for years, on and off, and I think it's brilliant.

It started Sunday night with Part 1 and Part 2 was on tonight and, I must admit, for once, my powers of deduction let me down, although I did think there was a Police involvement in the crime, but I didn't figure it out till the last moment.

Yes Mollie darlin' - a series I enjoy too, although it was I believe it was slighly better when Amanda Burton starred in it.

Yes Joe the orignal was good. I only saw a couple of episodes of the new one but it just wasn't the same.

I also preferred it with Amanda Burton. I saw a few after she left but couldn't get into it.

I also preferred the Amanda Burton one as well and didn't watch much after she left, but I thought I'd give this one a go and it was really quite good.

Excellent series and I enjoyed the last two episodes. I also like Waking the Dead which is similar with Trevor Eve. Good to have something worth watching to replace Upstairs Downstairs on a Sunday night.

It's just my humble opinion, but the lovely Tom Ward as Dr Harry Cunningham, who was left for dead, is a very strong character and actor.

Marian, I hope if you do watch it, I haven't spoiled anything for you. Watch it on Catch-Up. You won't be disappointed.

Waking the Dead and Silent Witness, both good. The Body Farm, was a bit dark and too weird for me and I'm glad they are not doing another series.

Wasn't so keen on Amanda Burton but enjoyed Sue Johnston in Waking the Dead.
This new Silent Witness, looks to be a good series..........and I didn't figure it out until the last, either Mollie

Dont like Amanda Burton at all, Sue Johnston was lovely but couldnt you smack Trevor Eve,he reminds me of joe.
