That's why I always pay a bit extra to go through fast track. It's better for my nerves.
Sometimes I pay for lounge access too, so I get there asap to get my money's worth, and relax, etc.

So I turned the volume right down and waited for the scores. Even when they came along the noise was still highly irritating, what with announcers trying to show what 'interesting' people they are and some even 'singing'. So I turned the sound down again.
I'm a miserable old sod, aren't I?
Anyway, what I wanted to find out - and what I fully expected - was the UK coming at or near the bottom. I wasn't disappointed!
As the thing is nothing to do with music, I can only assume that we as a country are not liked by the rest of Europe!
