And another conversation where I said I was very pleased with my kindle and was remembering to charge my phone more often these days.
He put both together and came up with I was buying an expensive phone for myself.
If he just listened properly, not too much to ask !!
We had a fall out yesterday over a tin of Beans!?

This morning I went into 4 shops in a retail park and at the last one I couldn't find my glasses case in my trolley. It could have fallen out of a pocket, or from the top of my shopping.I went back into 3 of the shops and asked
'Has anyone handed in a glasses case please?'
One had to have it repeated many times then pointed towards the washing up gloves! Another one (yes, all men) had it repeated a few times but then did go to their counter to ask.
And in Wilko I was offered a case in a different colour.
Well, it's gone missing, and is only a few weeks old (came with new spex). Annoyed.
How hard was it, to understand that question?!
