Extra Time.

Why does the time on a post always show an hour ahead come the late afternoon? for instance, if I post something at 5.50 pm it shows up 6.50pm on the post. Just idle curiosity on my part, but is there a particular reason for this?

Something is playing tricks on me Patsy, I checked before I posted the thread and some posts had after 6pm while my clock told me it was still in the 5pm's, I'll be watching closely tonight when 11pm suddenly changes into 12pm, I think I've got Cinderella Syndrome.

Probably the delay is because they are checked for abuse and then
put back on. Don't forget when you send them off into hyperspace
they are able to be caught by Governments, hackers or the owners
of the site you have sent them on. Any naughty words or black space
words will be picked up by someone and maybe taken off or sent on
to where you want them to go to. That's my idea anyway.

Hi Jem have you checked you are showing your correct time zone in your settings?

Control Panel

> Settings & Options > Edit Options

> Scroll down to bottom of the page to ..

> Date & Time Options > Time Zone.

Your Time Zone should be showing:
(GMT) Western Europe Time, London

Yes I looked just now Mags, GMT Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca. all correct. It's not a problem I was just curious, maybe they are waiting until next year when all the EU money we borrowed is paid back before they include Dublin.
