when I hear of someone dying just as a close friend did last week it always makes me thankful for my own life and that of my loved ones.

I have to admit, my life is more precious since I developed a heart problem and as I get older as when I was young I thought I was invincible.

I take each day as it comes and try make my life worthwhile by giving out love, care and kindness to others.
