Do Any Of Your Friends Or Neighbours Log On Here?
How would you feel, if someone you knew or lived near you, logged onto this forum?Would you admit it to them and chat about your experiences?
Would you feel embarrassed?
Would you keep a low profile and toe the line?
Get in cahoots with them and ask them to back you on threads where you were getting some flack?
Or just ignore them and hope they didn’t recognise you?

I would not like it .I like my friends here .
I like my other friends elsewhere - they are mainly a long way off anyway .
And my other friends might just tell me to get a life ,,,,, I do spend too much time on here !
However if they were here
I don’t think I would expect them to back me up that would start to be very cliquey
My friends would take their own line ..
Sometimes forums do get a bit embarrassing especially if members get too chummy .
I went on one years ago ( oh dear I hope they aren’t here ) where two fell in love and always addressed each other as the most wonderful woman / man in the world .
Which was quite sweet - needless to say you dared not cross either of them else the other would gallop up on a metaphorical white horse in defence .
