Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning, Filthy day here now BUT, I was up and out with the dog early enough to get most of our walk done before the rain arrived. Lazy day with my book or jigsaw for me after I do a quick zip round to tidy up.
Saw this and almost choked on my coffee..

I know you get a lot of rain in Scotland so isn't it difficult
going out for a walk wearing those flippers?

Good that you are doing OK. 'Stuff' gets me down too, some days worse than others so you are not alone, there are I am sure thousands also feeling like that. Mostly I am OK though thanks, at times I just have to try and think differently.

Mind how you go with those flippers and all that rain up there!

Afternoon Each, well it's still piddling doon oot there,so I moved the stove & plant holders out of the SH,and managed to pull/push My recumbent exercise bike down the garden path into it....jeeze!..I'd forgotten how heavy it was...but it's kinda nice to peddle away with the doors open out there with a view of shrubs, trees, flowers, instead of the TV

Pouring here too, giving the new turf a good soaking in. Been very slow today even went for a sleep after lunch. More of the same tomorrow I believe.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good afternoon all. Yep, same here, pouring down, a bit windy, & quite 'cool'. Was out for a little while but couldn't really be bothered dodging the rain. May, your idea of the exercise bike in the SH sounds good. You can imagine cycling down country lanes. The next 3 days forecast shows the temperature increasing & 'partly sunny' in my area so I will look forward to that. But...........isn't everything looking very green & healthy! Take care.
