Marge and I have just watched tonight's episode (on catch-up).
It was so uninteresting, as is typical these days, that at the end we both realised that we've sat through an hour of complete boredom without anything actually sinking in.

Same old, same old every episode.

We both just looked at each other and, almost simultaneously, suggested that we don't bother with it any more!

There are only so many "Street" scenarios to run through. I will start watching again when there is a Robot Invasion.

Mind you, that would be just like watching Dr Who, just not centric based.

Oh JBR, I so agree with you. Even I didn’t bother with the last few minutes, snuggling down to doze on the sofa instead. That Alina’s voice is grating on me. I have no interest in Nina and Seb. None in Fiz, Ty and the young girl. I don’t like Emma, or the character. Too dozy. Couldn’t care less about Dev or his children. And I don’t like Sharon. The tv mags have already given away what she’s doing back on the Street. Frankly I don’t care.

So in future I might stop watching.

I suppose the best thing we could do would be to keep an eye on the TV mags just in case the writers have come up with something worth watching.

Otherwise, there are plenty of good programmes available, like one we've just started watching: The Indian Doctor (set in Wales, not India!).

I watched recent re-runs of The Indian Doctor. Enjoyed that, as I do like Sanjeev Bhaskar.

I cant stand Helenas character and her voice makes me want to slap her. She's a terrible actress. I might start watching classic corrie, I dont like todays anymore

Now that's a good idea that hadn't crossed my mind.

It must be so long ago that I saw any of them (and my memory isn't too good anyway!), so I might just do that.

Of course, they had far better storylines in those days and also fewer and better characters - without any of today's PC!
