Nice Surprise!

Went to the opticians today to pick up my 3 months supply of contacts.....and they gave me a box of Thortons chocs for Christmas..............

How nice for you, more retailers should show their appreciation to it's customers it doesn't take or cost a lot to make someone feel valued does it..

Its quite a small business, they have 2 shops in all, and I have been going to them for the past 15 years, so everyone, knows everyone....and I got a voucher to send away to get £15 cash back on my lenses....
