Sadly, having gone to the trouble of arresting them, the courts just let them go again to continue their activities.

Round and round and round it goes, going nowhere.

What they should do, if the courts won't act, is to stop their benefits.

If I'd done that, I'd have been inside before my feet touched the ground. Why are these vandals above the law?
