Cajan Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Baked Onion, Swede, Carrots & Gravy.

I had a fry up last night.

Two thin sausages
One potato patty
One rasher bacon
Half a slice fried bread
Half a small tin baked beans
One fried egg
One slice bread and butter
Cup of tea

Nothing decided as yet for today. A rummage in freezer, or cupboard. Or could do a lunchtime meal of omelette and chips, and bread and butter later, for my tablets, or soup.

Have removed the last joint (from a larger joint) of beef from the freezer and its defrosting. Will peel and chop appropriate veg, and place veg and beef in oven dish and roast. In meantime will make some gravy too.

For lunch we'll have stew, left over from last night's dinner - "second day" stew or soup always tastes better!

Steak Pie, Oven sliced potatoes & bake beans.
