I can't believe nobody has posted here for months. I wanted to share our yummy Friday dinner tonight. Poached cod with mashed potatoes and baby spinach. The first time I have poached fish, made in water with bay leaves from the garden, garlic cloves, chopped onion, white wine, olive oil, salt pepper. The baby spinach sauteed with lots of butter and some water, fresh grated nutmeg. Healthy and delicious.Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
.... buying prawns from Shepherds Bush Market as we do almost weekly, we thought we'd try a mackerel as they looked so nice.
