iPhone and iPad site password problem

Can anyone please explain why I have to keep filling in my username and password EVERY time I want to access this site and others? I tick the box to remember me each time but it doesn't!

With my iPad the problem only seemed to start when I updated it to iOS9 but it's been a problem on my phone for several months now.

I have looked through my settings but cannot see how to rectify it.

I have no problems signing in from other devises, such as this laptop.
