My mum is coming over for lunch today so Mrs B is serving up chicken casserole followed by lemon tart.... yum yum...

Good morning all.
It's nice & bright here this morning. I've had Taylor staying overnight. After I've made her favourite egg on toast For breakfast I shall be packing my backpack and heading off to the countryside with my friend Chris. We plan a short walk - no more than 3/4 miles until my ankle is fully right again but it's so good to be getting out again.

Good morning everyone good news here, they didn't bandage Stevens legs yesterday so first time in months he is able to walk easily. Ulcer not healed but they have admitted at last this bandaging isn't helping so he is going back to treating it himself with his magic cream that healed his last one. Made him much more cheerful this morning.

Thanks Mups & Moyra. I've already done two mile walks with no ill effect so trying for a bit longer today. I'm amazed how well it's healing.

I think I'm on the up at last after my horrific fall and then a bad eye infection.

Julie, good news there.

Just having my hair cut this morning, get the paper, and will pop in to bed shop on way back, see if there is a time for delivery tomorrow (bedroom unit), then I will start working out where I will be putting everything so fitters can put it together. I need to completely clear my bedroom and under the bed.
