I have certainly had worse, the endoscopy wasn't particularly pleasant, I wouldn't want one every day
. I also had a lump removed from my neck and insisted on having a local not an general anaesthetic. A nurse held my hand, I felt pulling in my neck and it was soon over.
Nothing is as bad as an induction/14 hours in labour and a forceps delivery

It seems that the noise factor is still there, I was thinking that maybe that would have changed by now
