Its like water going down a plug hole, north of the equator it spins clockwise, south of the equator it goes down anticlock wise. Same wth toilet paper under or over depends on which side you live on. SIMPLES

From a practical point of view, the end should be against the wall enabling one to tear off the required amount single handed but from the feminine design angle, it goes the other way, perhaps with the corners folded over.

Our roll is up & out, forward & foremost with pronounced munificence. It's always been that way, the leading edge facing the world, not the wall.

I've been sitting on the throne, king of the little room, looking for improvement, remaining chipper with the status quo.
