Re: Is Brexit over ??

An interesting question to pose is:

If the referendum question four years ago asked if you would accept the deal you ended up with would Brexit have happened?

You only have to look at the clamour in OFF for a "No Deal" exit to know that, despite the sudden back peddling and outpouring of love for Boris and his deal when a deal was announced at the last minute people were not happy with several aspects of the deal finally thrashed out.

If the population had known this was the outcome do you think the plebiscite would have passed four years ago?

Hi

Brexit is not over, far from it.

Boris and his Tariff Free Deal is becoming more transparent by the day.

It is a disaster, worse than Mays Deal.

We are already having Redundancies as a result.

Re: Is Brexit over ??

"Operation Bleach!"

The DT (page 2) today says Boris has, secretly (but ok to put it in the paper!) "ordered civil servants to strip references to the European Union from tens of thousands of laws to stop Labour reversing Brexit after the next general election".

The long report suggests that leafing through regulations and statutory instruments covering the UK's 40-year membership of the EU so that Brexit is cemented in law and cannot be easily unwound by a future government.

Interesting stuff!

Don't really care what happens now Bruce, I did my bit when I voted out, and there's nobody going to listen or care what I think now, except a load of old geezers on a forum....So life goes on!

Try buying one here in the UK today and see how you get on.

You won't - even frozen are almost impossible to buy.
It seems that we at home are ignored while instead the moaning about not being able to sell them reaches a crescendo.
Try selling the darned things here!
I will certainly buy at least some of them, given the chance.
