He's one of my favourites too, though I've never seen him live.
I prefer his earlier stuff myself but now, with news of his 80th birthday, I feel suddenly much older than I really am.


Rather than post a video of one of Neil's many exceptional early songs, I thought that it might be more appropriate put this one here while at the same time begging the forgiveness of those maybe expecting something else.
Eighty, though.
Sheesh.

If you like Niel Diamond then check out Bob Drury he is a Neil Diamond Tribute and absolutely spot on. My friend plays keys for him - absolutely brilliant.
