well had another go with clear water and it might work at shutter speed of 1/10,000 sec. Need more light than where I tried. That is the next thing to overcome with this camcorder if you set the shutter the aperture is auto set as well so got no choice or don't think so, will have to check

My water drop photos are old and I only have them in JPEG and not RAW so I can't look at the EXIF data and tell you what my settings were. Sorry.

I'd love to see what sort of shots you could get of the Leidenfrost effect. Suggest you google it and also watch some youtube to see if it's something you fance having a go at.
