Hi Meerkat, it's a Nikon D3100 DSLR camera, the first SLR camera I've had. It's got more knobs and switches on it than a little but I'll generally use it in automatic mode.

Hi Alan,

I set my camera to automatic, too. I had a non digital Olympus SLR many moons ago, but never really got to grips with using it. A friend of mine bought an SLR digital camera with a huge lens to take pictures at Wimbledon. It all seemed too complicated. First picture she took she had it set to the fisheye effect. I ended up 'minding' the extra lenses for her.
