Acts like poison and many times I have been off work next day having drank half to one pint.

These days I just have one when I feel like it and get away with it. Other people do not like it and try to push another down my throat and I say no. When I played a pub game and the loser bought the winner a drink and I said no, some got really nasty. In fact some still brought me the drink and I never drunk it, they got very nasty.
Bit like sex, some need to know that no means no.
Not drinking myself for ages now I've always found the opposite if I can be their sober driver people love me.

Its a long time since I had a really good drinking session, but I used to be quite happy and jolly and wanting to dance (it was usually when we were on holiday abroad).

Now it can go months before I have a drink, I think I started cutting down on the drink when it was taking longer and longer to recover from the hangover.

Then as I have mention before Julie, I was Champion of the UK at the game. Perhaps their bad luck to draw me, compounded by losing and me not drinking their losers drink
At times it was really big macho beer drinking types, amazing their hands shook so much I think they were beaten before they started. Sorry that is a little off topic.
