I was in the shower recently, when someone was hanging on the bell!
Or sometimes I am out in me potting shed.

If the worst of your problems is someone pressing the doorbell twice then your life must be pretty sweet.

The ones I hate are couriers who ring once, drop a card then run away.

Reminds me of people who insist on jabbing away at crossing buttons several times - or worse, a lift button. What's the matter with them, are they stupid?

I have a little hanging bell on the door .
No one ever rings it .
What they do is knock and if you don’t open the door in a nano second leave a card saying we called and you were out........

You are lucky they ring! Sometimes they just leave the parcel lying at the door and don't bother even letting you know!
