Good Morning Monday

Good Morning everyone,

Just come back from a walk through a little woodland - all the birds are singing - it is lovely if a bit damp. It has rained through the night.

Bought a lot of vegs at the farm shop yesterday - so today will be spent in the kitchen batch cooking for the freezer.

Good morning Tabs and all to follow, wet old night here too and forecast to continue all day methinks...

A dog day for us today, walking first thing, then bathing them in the shower, a blow dry with the hairdryer afterwards and a good old brushing to finish, then we will give them a haircut tomorrow.

Oh, can you order new glasses online? I'd never heard of anyone doing that. Have your eyes changed much since last time you were tested?

The sun is just coming up.

Off into Maldon shopping centre this morning, got a few things to buy, plus Bank and Lidl's.

Nothing else planned for today.

I'm meeting up with a face book friend who is also a distant relative for lunch. It was cancelled last week due to weather.

I've already eaten a whole box of chocolates from Mothers day yesterday with a little help from Tony ... Bang goes my attempt at calorie counting!!

Yes you can Lila, we use a company called glasses2u, you just choose your frames and email them your prescription. Last time I had a new prescription I got three pairs for around a hundred quid, exceptional value....

Good Morning, I've woken up in hospital again. Had a lot of pain over the weekend and they're going to do an MRI sometime today, I hope, to see if they can find out what's going on.
