Re: Your favourite movies

I would add the second and third Alien films to the list Floydy, thought they got better as they went along, also the prequel Prometheus.
The Searchers.

Hmm. Second Alien was excellent, dunno why I didn't put it in my list tbh. There's always gonna be one or two glaring omissions I forget to add Didn't rate the third too much though, but Prometheus was pretty good I thought.

Like your other choices there

@floydy

Your list almost describes my likes.
I'd take some off as I hate horrors like Saw.

I'd add the Kill Bill 1&2
African Queen
Tombstone
Snatch
Lock, Stock
Dawn til Dusk
Great Escape

I like Star Wars, all of them.

Lord of the Rings, all of them.

The Ealing Comedies.

St Trinians.

Avatar.

Kill Bill.

Any film with Nicole Kidman and gratuitous nudity.
