Because of his short-sighted and idiotic plan to impose employment contracts on junior doctors, many more of them are now about to emigrate, thus leaving the NHS and causing yet more chaos.

I honestly do not blame anyone for leaving this country if i was younger i would be off. This country is rapidly going downhill thanks to those idiots in charge.

I was listening on the radio to the owner of a company who recruits doctors to go abroad.
Apparently not many junior doctors want to go abroad , they prefer to stay here where the training is excellent, they don't look for jobs elsewhere until they have specialised in a branch of medicine.

Because it costs the taxpayer £600,000 to train every doctor. The cost to them is around £70,000. You'd think they might want to give something back, since they are trying to convince us its not about money.

Strange situation that nurses and doctors from abroad come here to work in our hospitals and our own home trained doctors are looking to go abroad.
