Cummings is a very interesting man. He is widely hated for a variety of reasons.Not a single one a good one by BoJo haters plus the people who have something to fear, and widely liked by those who are delighted to se BoJo being aided by a very capable later day version of Brendan Bracken who was also treated in a similar way back in the day.

I will however say this: if Cummings is indeed in any way responsible for aiding what I see of Boris Johnson's intended future direction, I am in favour.
Because it does appear that Boris really wants to reform the HoL; the civil service; and more - and that's not even considering anything Brexit- (or the consequences) related.
IMHO anybody truly reforming our House of Lords and Civil Service would be worthy of serious respect.

The Chief Crown Prosecutor, Nazir Afzal’s brother died of Covid-19. Maybe he’s feeling a bit bitter about it?
