Down in Perth at my own house a few years back one of the neighbours put up big wind chimes, really noisy beggers. One of the other neighbours snuck into the garden one windy night and cut them down.
How do I know this? Well one of my dogs (at that time) started low growling and had her nose out the window. I got up to see what was bothering her, and saw it all. Well Done I thought.
