Today we are having Homemade Chicken Curry and pasta shells.

today its homemade soup (cauliflower and brocolli) for lunch with a crusty roll and later for tea its fish and chips from the chippy

Was at the vvampire clinic this morning, but didn't have the breath to walk along the road and round the corner to the pie shop, so will make do with some fish 'n chips.

Chinese chicken and pineapple with onion, mushroom, red pepper and broccoli...served with noodles

That sounds nice Malcolm, any sort of sauce on the chicken? was it done like a stir-fry or baked?

I marinaded the chicken strips in soy sauce, garlic purée and tomato purée....then stir fried the vegetables for just a couple of minutes and decanted them to a lidded dish.
I then stir fried the chicken for just a couple of minutes added some soy sauce, cumin, five spice and half a chicken stock cube and some MSG.
I recombined the veg and chicken added the pineapple chunks and a little sugar and some cornflour and water ... Checked and adjusted the seasoning and served it up on a bed of Chinese noodles.
