Me too, Roxy. It is not so bad once you get used to the fast days is it. Well, they're not complete 'fast days' at all are they, they are just lower calorie intake than the other days of the week.
I bought the book about it first, which explains all the 'hows and why's' and it made sense, so I did it.
I need to start it again though, as I got rather sidetracked.
I remember that nice Dr. Mosely experimenting with all different diets on his programme a while back, and he approved of the 5:2 and does it himself now.
I like that bloke because he actually experiments on himself so knows from personal experience what happens.
