5-2 diet

I've been on the 5-2 diet/eating plan for 8 weeks now. I've lost over a stone and 4 inches off my waist line. I did not know how it works but was pleased anyway.

Then this was in the Daily Mail yesterday and I have experienced all the benefits described in the article (but without the drink)

Re: 5-2 diet

It's working for me - I've lost over a stone and 4 inches off my waistline - now I'm a bit convex rather than looking 6 months pregnant

Hi Rick I am pleased it is working for you.

I am not a fan of diets and lost a stone this year by sensible healthy eating

Re: 5-2 diet

Nice one, Hazel

I'm the scorer at the pub darts team and some of them would die to look just 6 months pregnant

Plus I was spurred on by not fitting into my linen suit trousers - I could have gone up a size but felt that was defeatist

Re: 5-2 diet

My hubby played darts and funny enough none were fat yet they all drank every night, he drank guiness. Probably all the exercise walking to and from the dartboard.

Bet it'd look good with Mike's Thai silk shirts from same place.
