Not even close, it is a trade agreement between signatories but will no restriction on who else you can trade with ie it doesn't affect our FTA with the USA or on going negotiations with the EU or UK.

It means you can't defend yourselves against China and how it will destroy your industry.

We export far more to China than we import from them. Something like $40Billion in our favour. As we fall out over covid we will import less not more.

Not only that but some State governments mandate the amount of Australian steel used in products and infrastructure. Chinese steel is poor quality
