Re: Curiouser & Couriouser.

I had a dear friend who firmly believed in a parallel universe.

Before I retired, one day when I was at work a colleague who arrived some time AFTER me, saw me already there, and said "How can you be here, you were still driving down the road just now".
I thought she had gone a bit bonkers and said I couldn't have been driving down the road a few minutes ago, as I had been at work for some time.
The poor woman looked quite white and insisted she had just seen me and that I had waved to her! She was adamant.

My other friend later told me he thinks that was an example of a parallel universe.
Who was I to argue different, he was a very learned man.

Re: Curiouser & Couriouser.

some say that time is an illusion. We invented it and now it rules our lives. Universes or space may just be timeless. Imagine what a different life we would experience without time, minutes, hours, years - I doubt if nature has time 'IT' just decays and returns for ever and ever and ever and ever - can we limit 'for ever'?

Re: Curiouser & Couriouser.

I wish I could go back 6 months as I wouldn't have eaten so much ice-cream or drunk so much vodka. Got a fat belly now .
