You won't believe this Art, but I've been having a similar problem today, after changing the hour. Like you, I have the cockerel,( which is also on there), but I can't stop the woman announcing the hour, every hour. I also have no instructions, it came from ASDA many moons ago. Shall we form Talking Clocks Anonymous!
