Elvis - The Early Years...

My wife & I watched this film a couple of nights ago on Freeview channel 62.
All in all, a good film, which kept true to his early career.
No well-known actors/actresses, though.
Although I hadn't realised just how young Pricilla was (14) when Elvis first started dating her.

Anyone else see the film?

I didnt see it but i do love Elvis . I believe he was a kind man but sadly manipulated as time went on . I do wonder how it would be if he was still alive , it would be difficult to look at an 80 year old Elvis .

I love his spiritual music too.

Seen it 2 or 3 times now. I am amazed it is the same people in it each time.

For anyone who doesn't know: Elvis was a pop singer who came to prominence in the 1950s.

It was thought he might come over to England in the 60s, but unfortunately there was a hosepipe ban on.

You really can't equate Elvis with Noel Edmonds!!
