They have to be the cutest things ever

Actually I've never seen a sloth move so quickly and so inquisitive too....he really wanted to touch the camera...very sweet

Cute little things aren't they, I have never seen the babies before.
The light faced one had a different voice altogether to the darker one.
I'd love a cuddle, but would have to put some socks over those claws first.

The sad thing is that being cute is not an advantage to them. They have become popular and - sloths are now being cruelly exploited. Many baby sloths are being taken from the wild and kept in desperately inadequate conditions, just to parade them in front of a paying audience. People are even wanting to keep them as pets and they are becoming a valuable commodity. It looks like something like this is going on in the video.
